WHAT IS IT

  • A retreat for men who want more from life
  • A retreat with structure, presence, and deep connection, both with yourself and with other men
  • You will gain new insights, inner calm, and physical release
  • You will be met and reflected honestly, and you cannot hide
  • This is a place where you pause, where you feel yourself, are met in that, and begin to take action

WHO IS IT FOR

  • Men who are new to personal development and have never done men’s groups, therapy or coaching
  • Men who have attended men’s groups, courses, therapy or previous retreats on Samsø, but may have lost momentum as the process faded
  • Men who are currently in men’s groups or other forms of personal development, who may already have a regular practice but need to reignite the fire
  • Men who dream of facilitating men’s work, or already do, and understand that it requires doing their own inner work and continually sharpening the blade

A DAY AT THE RETREAT

  • We wake up in nature and begin the day in deep, raw silence
  • The power of the body. We awaken the senses through movement and breath
  • Meeting the men. Stand shoulder to shoulder and face to face with what challenges you
  • Presence without detours. Be met in a space where you cannot avoid what matters
  • The inner walk. Spend time alone with the questions you have postponed for too long
  • The core group mirror. Find strength in the honest trust of your small group
  • Shared meals. We come together informally around nourishing, healthy food
  • The truth of the fire. Sit by the fire, tired, open, and more honest than usual

Time and venue:

  • Thursday June 18th at 17.00 to Sunday June 21st 2026 at 15.00
  • Mellem-rummet, Tanderup, Samsø

PRICE

Including facilitation, accommodation, and full board (excluding transport):

  • Private: DKK 6.900,- 8.900,- all inclusive (depending on room type)
  • Corporate: DKK 8.400 - 10.400,- + 25% VAT all inclusive (depending on room type)
  • Discounts: 20% for all previous participants of our Men's Groups, European Men's retreat with Eli Buren, Deep Dive or Mesterklassen (state in the remarks section when and where you attended)
  • A limited number of discounted scholarships for men with strong commitment and financial challenges. Write for details to m@mandekursus.dk outlining your situation.

Your place is secured once a deposit or full payment is received. You will receive an invoice after registration. You are responsible for your own transport to and from Mellem-rummet. Car pool from the ferry will be arranged

Payment

  • Transfer the full payment or a deposit of DKK 3.500,- to secure your place.
  • The remaining balance beyond the deposit must be transferred no later than 30 days before the start of the workshop. If you register after 15 May, the full amount is due immediately.

Cancellation policy

  • If, for any reason, you cancel your participation after registering, an administration fee of DKK 1.000,- will be deducted before any refund is made.
  • If, for any reason, you cancel your participation later than 30 days before the workshop, your full deposit will be forfeited. Alternatively, you may sell your place to another man for an administration fee of DKK 1.000,-
  • If, for any reason, you cancel your participation 14 days before the start of the workshop or later, the full payment will be forfeited. Alternatively, you may transfer your place to another man for an administration fee of DKK 1.000,-
  • In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, you will of course receive a full refund.
